The first of a 3-part series on baptism. In this episode, we discuss how every single person since Adam that has obeyed the Gospel has been baptized into Christ at faith by the Father. The Father sets us apart in Christ at faith.

1) Who is the Creator?
2) Who raised Jesus from the dead?

The one related study we didn't mention, is who will raise us to eternal life.

Feb 9, 2017

A recording of our study, The Gospel of John the Baptist, Jesus, and the Disciples.

In this article we will look at John the Baptist, Christ, and the disciples, and show that they taught the gospel before Christ was crucified. We will clearly show that specific knowledge of Christ and His work, specifically His death, burial, and resurrection, was not a requirement to preach the gospel and was not a required piece of knowledge in order to be saved by the gospel.

They taught the same gospel that has been preached since the beginning; repent and trust in God for your salvation, and follow Him in faith. By obeying the gospel, God will forgive you of your sin, and credit you with righteousness, all based on the atoning work of Christ on the cross.

Feb 6, 2017

Part 1 of 3 on a series looking at the doctrine of eternal security; on whether a person of genuine faith can abandon their faith and commit apostasy.

In this episode, Matt and Billy discuss some foundations of salvation, specifically the "credits" we receive by faith.

Feb 2, 2017

Matt's study on showing that anyone who believes the atonement of Christ is for everybody cannot hold that position unless they agree that God has made a way for all to be saved.

Jan 30, 2017

Jan 26, 2017

A recording of our study, Peter's Gospel in Acts 10.

This study examines Peter’s gospel message in Acts 10, where he is preaching to Cornelius’ household about the gospel. We are going to look specifically at who the prophets witness about that we must believe.

Jan 23, 2017

This is the continuation of the discussion on whether mankind is able to respond to God's invitation of the Gospel. God illuminates all with the Gospel, and plants the seed of the Gospel within all of us, and does so in order that we can observe and respond in faith. This picks up on discussion the Book of Life.

Jan 19, 2017

This is a recording of our study, Seeing Jesus as Lord.

The purpose of this article is to provide additional scripture showing that in order to trust and believe that Jesus is God and Messiah, you must already have faith. Your confession and faith in Jesus is a testimony that your faith is in the Lord of all, and it is the greatest confirmation of your salvation.

Jan 16, 2017

This is part 1 of a discussion on whether or not mankind has the ability to respond to God's invitation of the Gospel. Matt and Billy talk about original sin, and spiritual death and total depravity.

Jan 12, 2017

This is an audio recording of our study, God the Son. We discuss how it has always been God the Son that has been representing God throughout the entire Old Testament, and those trusting in God in the OT, were placing their faith on none other than the Son of God who came down 2000 years ago as Jesus the Christ.

Jan 9, 2017

In this episode, Matt and Billy go through the scriptures that the details of what all mankind inherently knows through God’s work of creation, and through our human spirits. How does everyone hear and know the gospel?

General revelation consists of two witnesses:

  • God’s natural revelation of Himself through His Creation (the work of His hands)
  • The natural revelation of Himself in the human spirit/heart (also the work of His hands)

This podcasts goes over the Universal Witness of the Gospel.
